Promise Web & Tech Solutions Co. offers:

  • Wix website design (3–4 pages)

  • Website-in-a-Day builds

  • SEO & technical website tune-ups

  • Website copywriting (optional add-on)

  • Additional design support and digital services as listed on the Services page

Services are subject to change or update at any time.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to launch.

  • Payment plans may be available upon request.

  • Failure to pay the final balance may result in project delays or withholding of deliverables.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design work, all payments — including deposits — are non-refundable.
If you need to pause your project, your payment can be credited toward a future available project date.

5. Revisions

  • Projects include one round of revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing content (text, photos, branding) unless copywriting is purchased

  • Responding to messages in a timely manner

  • Supplying accurate business information

  • Approving designs and revisions within the timeline

Delays in content submission may extend project timelines.

7. Timeline

Project timelines depend on client responsiveness.
Promise Web & Tech Solutions Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete content, slow communication, or client-side issues.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Designs, layouts, and creative concepts created by Promise Web & Tech Solutions Co. remain the intellectual property of the designer until the final payment is made.

  • After the final payment, you receive a website that you are free to edit and use for your business.

  • You may NOT resell or redistribute templates or designs created for your project.

9. Website Hosting & Third-Party Platforms

  • All websites are built on Wix, which requires a paid plan for publishing.

  • Clients are responsible for hosting fees, domain fees, email setup, and third-party service costs.

10. Communication

Project communication will occur via email or designated project platforms provided by Promise Web & Tech Solutions Co.

11. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your project:

  • Your deposit remains non-refundable

  • Any completed work up to cancellation must be paid for

  • Your project date will be released to another client

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Website traffic changes

  • SEO ranking changes

  • Business performance fluctuations

  • Loss of data or technical issues caused by Wix or third-party platforms
